Welcome to Brightmemory. By accessing our services, including hotel accommodations and event floristry, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your stay and interactions with Brightmemory Paddington.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests must provide valid identification and a credit card upon check-in. Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Brightmemory maintains a strict cleanliness policy; any damage to property or excessive cleaning requirements will result in additional charges to the registered guest.
Brightmemory event floristry services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. Final floral selections are subject to seasonal availability. While we strive to match specific requests, Brightmemory reserves the right to make professional substitutions that maintain the aesthetic integrity and quality of the arrangement. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur full service fees.
Standard bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Non-refundable rates and special event bookings are excluded from this policy. All prices are inclusive of GST. Brightmemory reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival to ensure the validity of the booking.
Brightmemory is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use provided in-room safes. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities or behavior that disturbs the comfort of other guests. Failure to comply with staff instructions or house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
